Luxury Minibus Hire in Derby – Chauffeur-Driven MPVs for Group Travel
Group travel from Derby
Based in Borrowash, serving the East Midlands.
When your journey calls for more than just a taxi, Derby Chauffeurs VIP provides chauffeur-driven minibus hire designed around comfort, space, and professionalism. Whether you’re travelling for business, a sporting event, or a UK tour, our Mercedes V-Class MPVs deliver a premium experience from door to destination.
Based in Borrowash, just outside Derby city, we serve clients across the East Midlands, including Pride Park, Ascot Drive, and the surrounding region. Our service is tailored for longer journeys and high-demand occasions – not local shuttle runs.
Professional Minibus Chauffeur Hire – Travel Done Differently
Forget traditional minibus hire. Our service combines the space and practicality of an MPV with the comfort and refinement of a chauffeur-driven executive vehicle. With over 15 years’ experience serving clients locally and internationally, we’re trusted to handle complex logistics for:
- Corporate roadshows and meetings
- VIP airport collections
- Day trips and sightseeing tours
- Concerts and sporting events
- Group celebrations and social events
Each vehicle is licensed, insured, and discreetly presented with no external signage – ensuring privacy and professionalism throughout.
What groups ask us first
The questions that come up on nearly every group booking.
How many fit
Up to eight passengers in the Vito, or seven in the V-Class with more comfort and less bench.
Luggage
Tell us the case count when you book. If it will not go in one car we will say so rather than turn up short.
Waiting and returns
Book the return at the same time and a car will be there when you land, with waiting time ours to absorb.
Licensed and insured
Council licensed drivers and vehicles, insured for private hire. Paperwork on request before the day.
Our Fleet – Designed for Comfort, Not Compromise
We operate a modern fleet of Mercedes-Benz V-Class MPVs, widely recognised as the benchmark for high-end group travel. These spacious six or seven-seat vehicles are ideal for small groups, families, or executive teams needing premium transport.
The largest we run
Mercedes Benz Vito, extra long wheelbase
An 8 passenger extra long wheelbase MPV with room for 8 large cases. Less executive than the V-Class, but the one for full parties, cruise runs and anything where the luggage matters as much as the seats.
Up to 8 passengers
More comfort
V300 AMG MPV, 7 passengers
One seat fewer, considerably more comfortable. Leather, climate control and proper room between the rows.
Up to 7 passengers
Flagship
V300 AMG MPV, 6 passengers
Six passengers with a rear table, drinks cooler and WiFi. For groups who would rather travel well than squeeze in.
6 passengers
Key features include:
- Rear table for work or refreshments (6 passenger V300 only)
- Onboard Wi-Fi and device charging ports
- Climate control and ambient lighting
- Privacy glass for discreet travel
No detail is overlooked – making every journey as smooth and enjoyable as your destination.
